Lisa M. Knight Davies

 

Lisa M. Knight Davies is one of the Gorge’s leading real estate, land use, and general business and corporate law attorneys. Lisa has extensive experience with business organization and planning and entity selection, including the formation of corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, associations and limited liability companies. She also provides advice on corporate governance, entity maintenance, restructuring and recapitalization, and numerous other aspects of business law, including managing all aspects of a transaction from start to finish.

As a longtime competitive soccer player, Lisa brings the same focus, skill, strategy, and tenacity to her cases as she did to the pitch. Her clients appreciate her direct, no-nonsense approach and her dedication to helping businesses meet their goals.

Additionally, Lisa is highly experienced in residential and commercial real estate transactions and land use permitting and development. She has published numerous articles regarding land use law and planning with a keen eye for the unique challenges that exist with permitting and developing in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area.

Lisa also gives back to the community and her profession through the Hood River County School District Community Education Program, the Oregon Women Lawyer’s Association, and several other organizations. When she’s not busy helping clients tackle complex issues or volunteering in her community, she can likely be found mountain biking with her husband Jeff or rooting for the Thorns and Timbers FC.
