AREAS OF PRACTICE:
Ms. Bisset’s practice is focused on mediation, wills, trusts, estate administration, real estate and business law.
Mediation:
Ms. Bisset has been a member of the 7th Judicial Districts’s panel of family law mediators since 2003. She has successfully mediated numerous family law cases involving custody, parenting plans, property division, small business division and spousal support. She has also mediated business and real estate disputes.
Her legal practice is focused on the areas of estate planning and administration, real estate and business law.
CIVIC ACTIVITIES:
Ms. Bisset is a member of the Hood River County Forest Recreation Trails Committee. She has been instrumental in developing a comprehensive forest recreation trail management plan and has worked with the Hood River County Forestry Department to negotiate with private landowners regarding the development and maintenance of recreation trails.
PERSONAL ACTIVITIES:
Ms. Bisset lives in Hood River with her husband and spends her free time mountain biking, hiking, windsurfing, and skiing. She especially enjoys biking and skiing with her dog Jake.
